This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual person or a single legal entity) and the Licensor for the WildTrac online Freight Management System that displays this EULA, which includes any associated media, downloadable data, and information contained herein. 

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA UPON LOGGING IN TO THIS SYSTEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT CONTINUE TO THE LOGIN AREA OF THIS SITE. 

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID LOGIN (Either as an individual or a single legal entity) FOR THE WILDTRAC FREIGHT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EXPLICITLY ASSIGNED AND GRANTED YOU BY WILDCAT MINERALS MANAGEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO LOG IN TO THE SYSTEM.
